On a bus back from Kuala Lumpur, I caught a 2017 Chinese action film Wolf Warrior 2 战狼2 .The film was co-written, co-produced, and directed by the star of the movie himself, Wu Jing. The film had been a massive hit when it was released, becoming the highest-grossing Chinese film ever released and breaking numerous box office records, including the biggest single-day gross for a Chinese film and the first and only Chinese film to be included in the list of 100 all-time highest-grossing films worldwide. Wolf Warrior 2 tells the story of a soldier, Leng Feng who has served a jail term and is in Africa looking for the man who owns the bullet that killed his girl. It was quite an exciting movie actually with lots of mindless actions, hand combats, shootings and car chases right from the word go. The movie should appeal to the young generation and probably fans of Sylvester Stallone's Rambo.
