For the past few days, especially during the weekends, there were gatherings here and there to celebrate the Mooncake Festival. There was a big celebration in the local Lake Gardens, I heard; with Chinese drums being beaten by about a hundred drummers among many other activities. A relative had a private party at her home and was invited. Didn't go though, not to her house or to the Lake Gardens. Everyone probably has a good time though. The holidays has just begun and there is just something for everybody. Happy Mooncake Festival everyone!
