Sunday Feast : Kuih!

Oh, so many kuih! They are just perfect for snacks on a Sunday afternoon! Kuih are very common in Southeast Asia. Somewhere I read that kuih originate from here. Southeast Asians particularly Indonesians and Malaysians called them kuih but the word has actually been borrowed from the Chinese; specifically the Hokkien and Teochew who called them kue 粿. Don't worry your head off why there is no original name for kuih from Southeast Asia. Just eat, won't you?
