Somewhere I read: Chinese kids often have the weirdest haircuts; and you'd probably think so too if you think that shaving the hair off the head and leaving a patch of hair on the front or somewhere else counts as weird. Maybe, you'd just think it cute; otherwise, that'd probably traumatize the child. To get traumatized however, the child probably ought to be old enough to be conscious of his or her crown of glory. Then, when some kids and adults sport punk hairdos, the only ones who actually get traumatized or affected are the parents or adults with their fixed values of what hairstyles ought to be.
Chinese New Year may be over; so forget the Chinese New Year song if you must. Just take note of some of the hairstyles of Chinese kids of yesteday in this video!
