Add on Chinese Cuisine

Chinese cuisines are wide and diverse of course; China being a big country. Only that one probably isn't aware that they are categorized into Four Major Cuisines: Chuan 川菜, Lu 鲁菜, Yue 粤菜
and Huaiyang 淮揚菜 which are cuisines from Sichuan Province, Shandong  Province, Guangdong province and Jiangsu Province to represent cuisines of the West, North, South, and East China. The modern categorization, the Eight Cuisines perhaps is more inclusive. Besides the original four cuisines, it include 徽菜 Huīcài, 闽菜 Mǐncài, 湘菜; Xiāngcài and 苏菜; Sūcài; cuisines from Anhui, Fujian, Hunan and Jiangsu. Then since many Chinese have lived and settled in other parts of the world, there ought to be an add on Chinese cuisine.
