During a wedding dinner that I attended, a young couple took to the stage and belted songs in English and Chinese. Oh, youngsters don't sing such songs like 美酒加咖啡 Wine and coffee anymore yeah, I quipped and someone just laughed, saying that that was a rather old song. The singers were in their twenties and had sung mostly newer songs; some of them, I rather like. One especially about a lover's hope to grow old with her lover was rather pleasing and I asked for the title and was told something like 慢慢等你到老 Waiting patiently for you till old. I googled searched and found that it was a song by a Taiwanese singer Zhao Yong Hua 趙詠華 Cyndi Chao and the song is appropriately called 最浪漫的事The Most Romantic Thing.
