It was on a Sunday when my niece treated me to a vegetarian dinner. Someone had sold her tickets to a dinner and she had bought four. Worldwide, it was reported there are 375 million vegetarians. India tops the list with 38% of the total population being vegetarians while Taiwan came third with 13%. Indian vegetarian cuisines, I suppose are wide and varied; just like their Chinese counterpart; just that the Indian don't make theirs to look like meat or a fish for instance! I heard the art came from Taiwan.
