The scissors, I suppose was invented by Leornardo Da Vinci or so I think I have read somewhere. Have you ever wonder then who invented the hammer or saw? I suppose these are Chinese inventions. Many useful inventions other than paper, compass and gunpowder were introduced by the Chinese.
And I read about a weapon that was used in Ancient China that had similar to atomic bomb action. The stones of the walls, where it was used in the battle, were fused... :)))
